Reggianito parmesan (the little reggiano) is nutty and salty in taste, with a grainy, hard texture. It is made out of black and white holstein cow's milk from the grazing pastures of the Pampas region of Argentina. It is a traditional parmesan produced by Italian immigrants to Argentina. Aged over 12 months.
