Our water buffalo milk cheese produced in rural Central Italy is small batch, grass fed, semi-soft texture with tangy and savory flavors and lactic and slightly sour aromas. It's high in protein, calcium and Vitamin B. It can be brushed with olive oil and grilled, or shaved over fruit and vegetable salads or pasta. Pairs well with Sauvignon Blanc.
